Outkast was originally going to use this for the cover to their debut album. They went through some turmoil with their label and finally got it approved. They decided not to go with it, however, after realizing at the last minute...it sucks.
This cover brings back memories. I remember the time my associates and I were trapped in large bubbles, while being chased by a giant, flying demon hound with glowing eyes. We never went back to that club again.
